The Investment

First 2-hour Session – $500

  • Before we begin, you’ll need to commit to scheduling two 2-hour sessions. Not because I like making rules, but because one session alone isn’t enough—this process doesn’t work halfway.

  • The first hour is all about understanding what’s actually going on. We’ll explore what’s keeping you stuck, making sure we’re focused on what truly matters before diving in.

  • The second hour introduces the full set of tools and skills you’ll use in Guided Self-Mentorship. Most people walk away from this session already feeling better—because when you can see the path clearly, you can start to imagine how to navigate your life differently.

The 7-Day Path - Included FREE

  • This is where the real magic happens. Between sessions, you’ll follow a guided daily exercise designed to help you apply what you’ve learned in real life. Every day, you’ll be taking a small step and a massive leap towards living the life you’ve always wanted.

  • If you’re not in a place where you can commit at least 15-20 minutes per day between sessions, this process won’t work. And that’s okay! It just means this might not be the right fit for you right now. I know—life gets busy. And it might be tempting to put this off until “things settle down.” But if you want real change, this practice is non-negotiable.

Second 2-hour Session – $500

  • This is where we prove to you that what you’ve learned isn’t a fluke. We take a completely different issue and apply the same process, showing you that this isn’t just a one-time insight—it’s a repeatable, adaptable skillset you can use in any area of life.

  • We’ll also review your between-session work, troubleshoot any challenges, and fine-tune the tools so they fit your real life. This isn’t about getting everything right the first time. In fact, running into challenges is a good thing—it means you’re learning. Our goal isn’t perfection; it’s making sure you feel confident using these skills on your own.

  • By the end, you won’t just hope you can do this—you’ll know you can, because you’ll have already done it. That’s why this session isn’t optional—it’s your graduation.

Optional 1-hour Follow-Up - $250

  • If you ever find yourself stuck, overwhelmed, or needing extra support, I’m here. Often, people don’t need a complete reset—just a little course correction to get back on track. As life changes, new challenges can come up, and that’s completely normal. The good news? You already have the tools. Sometimes, you just need a little help applying them in a new way.

$500 per Session? That’s expensive.

You’re right—$500 per session is a lot of money. If you’re comparing this to traditional therapy, coaching, self-help books, or white knuckling life as you try to figure it out, that’s completely true. It’s a high cost, and it’s also the frugal option.

As much as weekly sessions for the next three years would be great for my financial security, the whole point of Guided Self-Mentorship is for you to not need to pay me. I’m happy to be working myself out of a job and a paycheck because I get rewarded with something even better: the satisfaction of knowing you’re living the life that you want. And selfishly, that’s the world I want to live in. (Huh, maybe I should be paying you!)

If this were therapy, you might be looking at months or even years of weekly sessions at $150+ a pop—with no real timeline for when you’ll be done.

This? This is different. Guided Self-Mentorship is a high-impact, short-term process that gives you the skills to be your own mentor for life. You’re not just gaining insight—you’re learning a practical, repeatable way to handle whatever life throws at you. No waiting months for a breakthrough, no feeling like you’re spinning your wheels. You get the tools, you practice, and you leave knowing you have what you need to stay well.

So… Is It Worth It?

If you’re looking for someone to sit with you every week, listen attentively, and supportively process things on a continuous basis, then likely not. Wanting that makes a lot of sense to me, and that type of support can feel quite nice—it’s simply not the service that I have to offer. If you’re looking for a quick fix, a magic pill, or to make life easier effortlessly, then also no.

If you want a practical, repeatable set of tools and you’re ready to commit—to take what you learn and actually use it—you won’t just feel a little bit better. You’ll actually recover. You’ll walk away knowing that you can trust yourself to handle whatever life throws your way.

And that’s priceless.

If that sounds like something you’re ready for, let’s talk.
